Overview

S32750 Super Duplex Ss Plate has high Cr, Mo, and N contents, and the proportion of austenite and ferrite in the room temperature structure is about 1:1, so it has high strength (its yield strength is generally twice that of austenitic stainless steel), good Cl pitting resistance, stress corrosion resistance and excellent weldability. This product is widely used in petrochemical, salt making, hydraulic, shipbuild,ing, and other fields.

S32750 Super Duplex Ss Plate has strong chloride corrosion resistance, high thermal conductivity, and low thermal expansion coefficient. The high content of chromium, molybdenum, and nitrogen makes it have high resistance to spot corrosion, fissure corrosion, and general corrosion. The impact strength of this steel plate is also very high, but it is not suitable for use in a temperature environment higher than 570 ℃, because its toughness will be reduced in such an environment for a long time.
